"Skarpa" Hotel with a guarded parking lot for circa 35 cars is located in the centre of county town of Sejny on the edge of a small park, next to Marycha River that runs through the town and near the main road Suwałki - Sejny - Ogrodniki-Lazdijai (Lithuania) Border Crossing Point and road Augustów - Sejny - Ogrodniki. Road Border Crossing Point in Ogrodniki, which is located 10 kilometres away from Sejny, is open 24/7; there are no queues for crossing the border.
Because of its location Sejny is a great jumping-off point to Lithuania (only 150 km to Vilnius), Suwałki Region, as for example: Wigry National Park, Camaldolian Monastery in Wigry, town of Wiżajny, Suwałki Recreation Park, Hańcza Lake, village of Stańczyki (famous viaducts), etc. and Podlasie Region, as for example: village of Kruszyniany, Wizna Swamps, towns of Supra¶l and Krynki, etc..

Attractiveness and beauty of our area encourages to stop in Sejny for longer time and to visit e.g. post-Dominicans monastery complex with renaissance-baroque basilica that embraces a priceless antique - Our Lady's Statue from the turn of 14th and 15th century, The Old Post Office, The White Synagogue, Sejny Region Museum with interesting exhibits, post-Camaldolian monastery complex in Wigry located on an island, historic wooden churches in Berżniki, Giby, Studzieniczna and numerous lakes, as for example Gaładu¶, Pomorze, Zelwa, or small lakes, the so-called "wild forest lakes" and gorgeous Augustów Forest rich in wildlife, berries and mushrooms.
